Sondre works as an architect and developer for the Microsoft-department at Steria in Norway. He has more than 13 years of experience with systems development and architecture. He is a member of the Microsoft Regional Directors program, as one of 140 selected individuals worldwide who are known for their knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, technologies and services. Active adviser for multiple Microsoft product teams.

Have depth project experience from both private and public sectors, some selected customers are DNB, Statens lånekasse for utdanning, Jernbaneverket, Santander Consumer Bank, Norwegian Armed Forces and more.

As a person, Sondre is genuinely interested in system development and how we can achieve simpler and more intelligent architecture and IT-systems. Have previously been board member and leader of the Norwegian .NET User Group in Kristiansand and Oslo. Contributes to the local and online community with presentations, open source projects, forums and blogging. Board member at the Cloud Computing Group at the Norwegian Computer Association.
